Event description
Can young kids practice leadership? We say YES! At BYLC, we believe that anyone, irrespective of age or background, can exercise leadership. The Building Bridges through Leadership Training Junior (BBLTJ) is our month-long program designed for secondary school students in grades 6 to 10. It focuses on acquainting the next generation of leaders with the values of ethical leadership, teamwork, community service, and active citizenship.

The program acts as a common platform for students, from diverse educational backgrounds, to connect with each other, and helps them develop as courageous, competent, and compassionate young leaders. Near to the end of the course, participants will get to apply their leadership skills through community service projects.
